HEALING SCRIPTURES in New
Testament from NKJV
Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about
teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and
kinds of sickness
and all kinds of disease among the people.
Matthew 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, For they
shall be comforted.
Matthew 8:2-3 And behold,
came and worshiped Him, saying, "Lord, if You are willing, You can make me
clean." Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying,
willing; be cleansed." Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Matthew 8:13 Then Jesus said to the

Matthew 9:12 When Jesus heard that, He said to them,

Matthew 9:22 But Jesus turned around, and when He
saw her He said, "Be of good cheer, daughter;
has made you well."
And the woman was made well from that hour.
Matthew 9:28-30 And when He had come into the house,
came to Him. And Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do
this?" They said to Him, "Yes, Lord." Then He touched their eyes, saying, "According to
your faith let it be to you." And their eyes were opened.
Matthew 10:1 And when He had called His
to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and
to heal all
kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.
Matthew 10:8 "Heal the sick,
cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons.
Freely you have received, freely give.

He answered her not a word. And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, "Send
her away, for she cries out after us." But He answered and said, "I was not
sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Then she came and
worshiped Him, saying, "Lord, help me!" But He answered and said, "It is not
good to take the children's bread and throw it to the little dogs." And she
said, "Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their
masters' table." Then Jesus answered and said to her, "O woman, great is your
faith! Let it be to you as you desire." And her daughter was
that very hour.
Matthew 18:18-19 "Assuredly, I say to you, whatever
you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will
be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth
concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in
2:17 When Jesus heard it, He said to them, "Those who are well
have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.
I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance."
5:25-34 Now a certain woman had a
blood for twelve years,
and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she
had and was no better, but rather grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she
came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, "If only I
may touch His clothes, I shall be made well." Immediately the fountain of her
blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the
affliction. And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out
of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, "Who touched My clothes?" But His
disciples said to Him, "You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, 'Who
touched Me?' " And He looked around to see her who had done this thing. But the
woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell
down before Him and told Him the whole truth. And He said to her, "Daughter, your
faith has made you well.

both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak."
9:23-26 Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all
things are possible to him who believes." Immediately the father of the child
cried out and said with tears,
believe; help my unbelief!" When
Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit,
saying to it, "Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter
him no more!" Then the spirit cried out, convulsed him greatly, and came out of
11:23-26 "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says
to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in
his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have
whatever he says. "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you
you receive them, and you will have them. And
whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him,
that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do
not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses."
15:18 And He said to them, "Go into all the world
and preach the gospel to every creature. "He who believes and is baptized will
be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. "And these signs will
follow those who believe:
In My name
they will cast out demons;
they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink
anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them;
lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."
4:17-19 And He was handed the book of the prophet
Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was
written: "The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To
preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me
to heal the

4:38-40 Now He arose from the synagogue and entered
Simon's house. But Simon's wife's mother was sick with a high fever, and they
made request of Him concerning her. So He stood over her and
fever, and it left her.
And immediately she arose and served them. When the sun was setting, all those
who had any that were sick with various diseases brought them to Him; and
laid His hands on every one of them and healed them.
5:17-26 Now it happened on a certain day, as He was
teaching, that there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by, who had
come out of every town of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem.
power of the Lord was present to heal them. Then
behold, men brought on a bed
a man who
whom they sought to bring in and lay before Him. And when they could not find
how they might bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the housetop
and let him down with his bed through the tiling into the midst before
Jesus. When He saw their faith, He said to him, "Man, your sins are forgiven
you." And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, "Who is this
who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?" But when Jesus
perceived their thoughts, He answered and said to them, "Why are you reasoning
in your hearts? Which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven you,' or to
say, 'Rise up and walk'? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on
earth to forgive sins"; He said to the man who was paralyzed, "I say to you,
arise, take up your bed, and go to your house." Immediately he rose up before
them, took up what he had been lying on, and departed to his own house,
glorifying God. And they were all amazed, and they glorified God and were
filled with fear, saying, "We have seen strange things today!"
9:11 But when the multitudes knew it, they followed
Him; and He received them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and
who had need of healing.
9:56 "For the Son of Man did not come to destroy
men's lives but to

and say to them, 'The kingdom of God has come near to you.'
10:19-20 "Behold, I give you the authority to
trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and
shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless
do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice
because your names are written in heaven."
13:11-16 And behold, there was a woman who had a
and could in no way raise herself up. But when Jesus saw her, He called her to
Him and said to her, "Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity." And He laid
His hands on her, and
she was made straight,
and glorified God. But the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation,
because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath; and he said to the crowd, "There are
six days on which men ought to work; therefore come and be healed on them, and
not on the Sabbath day." The Lord then answered him and said, "Hypocrite! Does
not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or donkey from the stall, and
lead it away to water it? So ought not this woman, being a daughter of
Abraham, whom Satan has bound; think of it; for eighteen years, be loosed from
this bond on the Sabbath?"
14:2-6 And behold, there was a certain man before
Jesus, answering, spoke to the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, "Is it lawful to
heal on the Sabbath?" But they kept silent. And He took him and
and let him go. Then He answered them, saying, "Which of you, having a donkey
or an ox that has fallen into a pit, will not immediately pull him out on the
Sabbath day?" And they could not answer Him regarding these things.
1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word
was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All
things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life,
and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and
the darkness did not comprehend it.
6:32-35 Then Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I
say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives
you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from
heaven and gives life to the world." Then they said to Him, "Lord, give us this
bread always." And Jesus said to them,
"I am the
bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me
shall never thirst.
6:63 "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh
that I speak to you
they are life.
10:10 "The thief does not come except to steal, and
to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they

11:21-27 Then Martha said to Jesus, "Lord, if You
had been here, my brother would not have died. But even now I know that
whatever You ask of God, God will give You." Jesus said to her, "Your brother
will rise again." Martha said to Him, "I know that he will rise again in the
resurrection at the last day." Jesus said to her,
"I am the
resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall
live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.
Do you believe this?" She said to Him, "Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the
Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world."
12:38-44 Then Jesus, again groaning in Himself, came
to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone lay against it. Jesus said, "Take away
the stone." Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him, "Lord, by this
time there is a stench, for he has been dead four days." Jesus said to her,
"Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of
God?" Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was
lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, "Father, I thank You that You
have heard Me. "And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people
who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me." Now
when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come
he who had died

and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Loose him, and let
14:5-21 Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know
where You are going, and how can we know the way?" Jesus said to him,
the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If
you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know
Him and have seen Him." Philip said to Him, "Lord, show us the Father, and it
is sufficient for us." Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you so long, and
yet you have not known Me, Philip?
He who has
seen Me has seen the Father;
so how can you say, 'Show us the Father'? Do you not believe
that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me?
The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the
Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and
the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. Most
assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do
also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And
whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified
in the Son. If you ask
anything in My name, I will do it. If you love Me, keep My commandments. And
I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide
with you forever; the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because
it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and
will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. A little
while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I
live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and
you in Me, and I in you. He who has My
commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be
loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him."
14:26-27 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the
Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your
remembrance all things that I said to you. Peace I leave with you, My peace I
give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your
heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
3:16 "And His name, through
faith in His
name, has made this man strong,
whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him
this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
4:29-30 "Now, Lord, look on their threats, and
grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out
Your hand to heal,
and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant
9:33-34 There he found a certain man named Aeneas,
who had been bedridden eight years and was paralyzed. And Peter said to him,
Jesus the Christ heals you. Arise and make your bed." Then he arose immediately.
10:38 "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the
Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and
who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
19:11-12 Now God worked unusual miracles by the
hands of Paul, so that
handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the
diseases left them
and the evil spirits went out of them.
Romans 8:1-2 There is therefore now no condemnation
to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but
according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has
made me free from the law of sin and death.
Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised
Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also
give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
Romans 8:35-39 As it is written: "For Your sake we
are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Yet in
all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am
persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor
powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any
other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is
in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
6:18-20 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man
does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his
own body. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit
who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were
bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which
11:29-31 For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy
manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. For
this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. For if we would
judge ourselves, we would not be judged.
12:7-9 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given
to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom
through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same
Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit,
gifts of healings by the same Spirit,
15:42-43 So also is the resurrection of the dead.
The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption. It is sown in
dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in
1:9-10 Yes, we had the sentence of death in
ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the
dead, who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we
trust that He will still deliver us,
4:8-11 We are hard pressed on every side, yet not
crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken;
struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying about in the body the dying of
the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. For
we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life of
Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh.
10:4-6 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal
but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and
every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing
every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to
punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
Galatians 3:13-14 Christ has redeemed us from the
curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is
everyone who hangs on a tree"), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon
the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit
Ephesians 5:25-27 Husbands, love your wives, just as
Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify
and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present
her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing,
but that she should be holy and without blemish.
Ephesians 6:1-3 Children, obey your parents in the
Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father
which is the first commandment with promise: that it may be well with you
may live long on the earth."
Ephesians 6:10-17 Finally, my brethren,
strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of
God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For
we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts
of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God,
that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to
stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the
breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of
the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will
be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of
salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
Philippians 2:12-16 Therefore, my beloved, as you
have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my
absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who
works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Do all things
without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless,
children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation,
among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so
that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored

Son of His love, in
whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

Hebrews 2:14-15 Inasmuch then as the children have
partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that
through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the
devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime
subject to bondage.
Hebrews 10:19-23 Therefore, brethren, having
boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way
which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a
High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full
assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our
bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast
the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
